EFT \ Lighthouse \ 13600K + 4090 // 4K // High

I have Total CPU Usage selected from HWiNFO for that metric. It’s the same one I always use, not sure why it seems to report so low for Raptor Lake CPUs. The CPU is at stock. RAM is at 7000MHz CL34. Resizable bar is enabled. Everything is being displayed on a Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 32″ 4K 240Hz panel. Setup and configuration details below. Enjoy.
