The flagship RTX 4090 should has the full AD102-300 GPU with 128 streaming multiprocessors, 16384 cuda cores, 24 GB of GDDR6X memory operating at 21 Gbps, 384 bit of memory bus, and 1 TB / s of memory bandwidth. and a tdp of 450W.
The RTX 4080 should features the AD103-300 with 76 streaming multiprocessors, 9728 cuda cores, 24 GB of GDDR6X memory operating at 23 Gbps, 256 bit of memory bus, and 732 Gb/s of memory bandwidth. and a tdp of 340W.
The RTX 4070 should has the AD104-275 with 60 streaming multiprocessors, 7680 cuda cores, 12 GB of GDDR6X memory operating at 21 Gbps, 160 bit of memory bus, and 432 Gb/s of memory bandwidth. all with a tdp of 300W.
Lastly, the RTX 4060 should has the full AD104-310 GPU with 36 streaming multiprocessors, 4608 cuda cores, 8 GB of GDDR6 memory operating at 18 Gbps, 128 bit of memory bus, and 432 Gb/ s of memory bandwidth. and a tdp of more 220W.

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4000 series graphic cards will be launch on q4 2022 start a month apart each.
The release date of the high range RTX 4090, is set for October 2022. Follow the rtx 4080 and the RTX 4070 graphic cards, respectively for November 2022 and December 2022. Instead, the RTX 4060 will launch on Q1 2023 presumibly on January, during the CES 2023.
