When given the opportunity to build with the latest and greatest flagship CPU from Intel, you bet I’m gonna give it my all! The 13th Gen Raptor Lake CPU’s offer so much potential. Combine this with the latest ROG Z790 Maximus Apex and it’s just a recipe for some serious overclocking!

For this build I really wanted to dial into a clean white aesthetic but with some contrast and bold lines too. The Fractal Design Focus 2 certainly opened the door for this! Truthfully, I’ve been blown away with the chassis. Initially I had my reservations about the PSU shroud (or lack of) but this soon turned into a non-issue and I actually really like the look of it, the design allows the PSU cables to well hidden which is a bonus.

The 360mm RAD up front keeps the Intel i9 13900K cool no matter how much strain and pressure I’ve placed it under. Over the coming week I’ll be testing more thoroughly with various AAA titles, so stick around for a community post update in due course.
