Every RTX 4090 Owner Needs To Do This! Undervolt + Power Limit

The RTX 4090 when it comes to gaming is a crazy fast graphics card. Making 4K high refresh rate gaming a reality. However, there’s a big caveat with this graphics card, and that is its high-power draw. Out of the box the card can be seen pushing past 400W under a gaming workload. For a device which will be used for gaming I think that’s kind of absurd. That is where undervolting and power limiting the GPU will come into play. In this video I show you gaming benchmarks with my MSI RTX 4090 Gaming X Trio graphics card undervolted and power limited, reducing power draw by over 100 watts in some games while performance is nearly identical to stock. I think Nvidia went a bit overboard on overclocking this GPU from the factory.
