Install Debian Testing (xfce) the right way ✔

How to install Debian testing? Here is the smoothest and probably the very right way to install Debian Testing.

Install Debian stable and then upgrade to Debian testing (or unstable/sid). I demonstrate how to install Debian Testing with xfce desktop, but any other desktops (KDE Plasma 5, Gnome 3) can be installed alternatively.

I have tested this install many times on different hardware and it always worked.
