Deploy Asp.net Core 3.0 application on IIS

Install latest hosting bundle from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/host-and-deploy/iis/index?view=aspnetcore-3.0#direct-download-current-version , Set ApplicationPool setting to No Managed Code and now you are ready to go.
