If you’re watching this video, long-term means a great deal to you, which is why you’re looking for a career in web development in 2022-2023.

So you’re thinking about building javascript projects to get hired on a remote front end developer job, but you’re not sure WHAT type of projects to build.

Maybe..

You’ve tried, but it wasn’t successful, otherwise, you wouldn’t be here or you are a beginner software engineer and you want a developer roadmap for obtaining a remote front end developer job in 2022-2023 , and if this is the case, you are in the right place.

I have to tell you this. Choosing to delay learning how to become a software developer NOW is the dumbest thing you can do, really.

The quicker you start, the quicker your experience develops. So, this is the experience that will soon be needed to improve and become better at learning how to code (e.g. learning HTML, CSS, and JS) quickly grows.

So here’s how the web development roadmap works: start learning the things that are going to lead you to success by following the roadmap I’m sharing with you in my front end development videos and you’ll have a good idea of what to do at every step as time progresses.

I can certainly say that most of my hard-working web development students of mine successfully get a six-figure salary job within six months to a year. That can be expected of you as well if you follow my advice of building your developer portfolio. This is the “safest bet” on getting a remote web developer job in 2023.

So you making this a reality, you must first learn how to master the front end development process.

It helps to have a positive attitude when learning web development, as this foundation will help with improving your skills over time. Then, it is crucial to understand the basics of web programming (HTML, CSS).

After you master the 2 (which can be completed within 2 months ), then you’ll need to focus on how to become a front end developer and building your javascript portfolio. Successfully learning JavaScript is an absolute necessity when seeking a remote front end developer job in 2023.

When you have mastered all these 3. The next 3 months will have to be dedicated to building a javascript portfolio to get hired.
This portfolio must make the potential employer be “wowed” when he opens your application.

If you are going to show them another weather app like coding bootcamps usually teach students to do, you will stay on the rainy side, I can guarantee you ( bad joke, I know )

When you’re building your javascript portfolio, then it’s time to learn social dynamics. Interview dynamics.
Interview questions and answers so to speak. This is KEY, because this will show the employer your communication skills and how you are as a person. This weighs a lot because if you are aware of your skills and make the employer understand that you are a person whom it’s worth working alongside AND you have a good portfolio, then you’ll probably get the $80k year salary as a web developer.

Now, I know this might sound a bit complicated and probably a bit too much.

But you don’t have to do this all at once. This would be a huge mistake. No.
You have to follow my developer roadmap. Having a roadmap at your side will help you tremendously with knowing what to do at each step.

Of course, you will encounter bottlenecks. Many people who want to get a remote front end developer job and they follow this process will encounter bottlenecks. This is normal.

This is WHY you need to have a mentor alongside so he can drag you by the hand when you encounter a bottleneck.

All in all, the idea is the following: the sooner you start your remote web development journey and learn how to become a front end developer, the faster you are going to get a job in the field.
