#Intel #intelarc #raptorlake – Just like that, a third player entered the game (once again) but this time, are they packing a punch to compete with the likes of NVIDIA & AMD?!

October has seen it’s fair share of ground breaking tech launches, but for me personally the Intel ARC has to be one of the most exciting. Not only because this is such a bold move from Intel, but also the performance to cost makes this extremely viable right now.

In this video I wanted to take you up close and personal with the ARC A770 from unboxing to a ‘straight out of the box’ test. Of course, later down the lines I’ll take you on more of a testing journey showcasing what this GPU is really made of, but for now… kick back, relax and absorb.

Whilst I haven’t had an opportunity to fully test the ARC A770 at this point, I just wanted to share with you my initial impressions. The overall aesthetics of the card are extremely pleasing. There’s enough RGB to satisfy the most ambitious builds. With that being said, with the RGB off, the card looks very understated and refined which I also love.

When it comes to performance, I’ve been extremely impressed. At the time of writing this GPU is $349 (£399 GBP) which blows my mind. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is very demanding on any GPU, so to see the performance pushing over 100fps for a mere $349 is crazy. Use this GPU for games such as Minecraft, fortnight etc you’re going to be very pleased too!

So far, I haven’t experienced any driver issues or bugs, but it’s still early days. I’ll update in a community post very soon.

Intel did not send me this GPU for review, I did purchase this with my own money.
