My Favorite Capture Card for Steam Deck (and Nintendo Switch!)

Capturing footage off of the Steam Deck is very important here at my channel! My Elgato 4K capture card was unable to transmit or capture a video signal running at 40fps off of my Steam Deck. When the Cloner Alliance reached out to me to test out their product the Flint 4KP Pro I was more than happy to give it a shot. To my surprise the capture card could transmit and capture Steam Deck footage running at 40fps (and any other FPS I threw at it). This capture card is perfect for capturing Steam Deck footage and has become my go to for capturing the device. This product was provided to my by the Cloner Alliance, but all opinions here are my own. The product works well for this purpose, but there were some kinks I needed to iron out, luckily the product’s FAQ page was very useful.
