Sense4FIT App is a Web 3 Fit2Earn Lifestyle app built on the Elrond blockchain with game-fi elements that has the goal of helping people to become better versions of themselves and get rewarded while achieving their goals.

📌 First steps:
1. Make sure to have a Maiar account and to be logged in;
2. Log into the Sense4FIT app;
3. Make sure to have one NFT (which gives you access to content as well as earning rewards);
4. Select one of the modes available.
📌 How challenges work:
1. Select one of the challenges;
2. Select between your own workout or the Sense4FIT one;
3. Connect it with a fitness tracker, such as an Apple watch, to collect rewards and track your progress;
4. After your workout, you can sign the transaction on Maiar to claim your reward!
