#intel stock (INTC) is in serious trouble. Not just #intc stock in terms of market cap, but the company itself. Intel has been trying to catch up to their competition for years, only to fall further and further behind. At their recent Innovation Day, Intel announced their most aggressive semiconductor roadmap yet. Promising 10 years worth of progress in just 4 years to catch up to companies like TSMC (TSM stock) and Advanced Micro Devices ( #amd stock) sounds crazy, but offering their foundries as a service (via Intel IFS) before they’re really ready is even crazier. There’s a reason Warren Buffett passed up investing BILLIONS in Intel and invested in TSM stock instead, even as inflation and interest rates cause the stock market to crash.
