AMD Ryzen 7000 Price Drops, 7950X3D ZEN 4 V-Cache Release Date, Prices, Specs

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve seen Ryzen 7000 series CPUs like the 7950X and 7700X on sale at major retailers around the world for well below MSRP. I initially thought they were a Black Friday special however those low prices are still there suggesting AMD has quietly dropped prices on the Ryzen 7000 series. Not surprising although I didn’t expect prices drop this steep just 3 months after their release, nonetheless they price drops are welcome. Along with that we have some new info pertaining Ryzen 7000 Zen 4 3D models. Korean tech outlet Quasarzone reported AMD is allegedly releasing 3 model the 7950X3D with 16 cores, 7900X3D with 12 cores, and 7700/7800X3d with 8 cores. This means AMD does plan on expanding their 3d v-cache technology to processors with up to 16 cores or dual CCDs. As for pricing I believe they will slot in at the price points the 7000 series originally launched at which would make them extremely competitive.
