DELPHI: Timeline, Probable Cause Affidavit, Gag Order

Richard M. Allen, 50, was arrested on October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder in the Delphi case. Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered on February 13th, 2017, and were last seen on the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were discovered the following day on Ron Logan’s private property. In today’s episode, we have a special guest, Mr. Perry Freeman, who was Superior’s police chief for 17 years after he retired from the Colorado Springs police department.

During his time with the Colorado Springs police force, he worked undercover and infiltrated an outlaw biker club. At the time, Freeman was working with the DEA and was a sworn U.S. Marshall which gave him authority all over the United States. He later became an instructor at the Colorado Springs law enforcement academy and was later a detective in the homicide unit.
