CPU Akuma is a hidden final boss in the game. He is an unlockable playable character in this version of it.

===== About CPU Akuma =====
As mentioned earlier, this is the CPU boss version of him, which the player faces as the last boss at the end of the game in Arcade Mode if a certain condition is met. Here is the information on him:

—- Graphically-wise, there are no differences between him and regular Akuma.

—- He inflicts much higher energy depletion than regular Akuma.

—- When he does his Fireball, he recovers from them faster than regular Akuma.

—- Unlike regular Akuma, he has no recovery time when he lands after performing a Dragon Punch.

—- He is known as Gouki in the Japanese version of the game.

===== About Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha =====
This is one of the best fighting games on the PS1. Apart from the loading times, this is much better than the arcade versions, mainly because it has stacks more features and modes. As well as PS1-only characters Dhalsim and Sakura, you also get to play as the CPU versions of the bosses as well.

This is a high-effort port, which means the game has tons of features and bonuses not found in the arcade versions. It’s all a very well-rounded package. Short FMV/CG videos make up each character’s ending when you complete the game.

The only downsides are the fact that the game does not have the arcade SFEXPlus coloured backgrounds (it’s the original SFEX ones instead), and it also does not offer an option for the original arcade soundtrack BGMs.
