vSphere 7 - How To Install and Configure VMware ESXi 7

This easy to follow step-by-step guide will teach you how to install and configure VMware ESXi 7

Within this lab we cover 2 types of installations:

1. First we install VMware ESXi 7.0 using the traditional GUI menu’s. This is where we enter all the base configuration information in order to get ESXi up and running. Following on from the base config, we then log into the ESXi web UI, where we configure: NTP, SSH, vSwitches and VMKernel network interfaces

2. In the second part of this video, we then look at how we can automate everything we did in step 1. This will be the fastest way to get our ESXi server up ( we’re talking a few minutes here). This is extremely useful when you need to configure multiple ESXi hosts with very similar configs. Don’t worry if you have no prior experience with scripting as everything is done for you, and by the end of this video you will be able to re-use the script I’m providing to build out your own ESXi lab or production environment.
