Let’s make Crispy Baked Latkes for Hanukkah! Easy & YUM with sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. Hi, I’m Leah, I’m a Jewish Orthodox mom and I cook healthy, fast & easy recipes with simple Ingredients.

⭐️BAKED LATKE RECIPE:
-shred 2 large potatoes
– shred 1 large onion
-2 large eggs
½ cup flour (I used chickpea flour)
-1 teaspoons salt
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-Optional: spray top of latkes with oil
BAKE 450 F or 200C for around 30 mins or until golden YUM!
