Jerry Holeman and Tony Liggett Accused of Concealing Ritualistic Evidence | Delphi Murders Case

In a recent court filing, Richard Allen’s Defense claims that Tony Liggett and Jerry Holeman lied under oath when they claimed not to know the identity of a Purdue professor who opined on the case back in 2017. Once the Defense got ahold of the recorded interview, it was clear why Liggett and Holeman attempted to conceal this evidence from Allen’s Defense…

Moreover, Allen’s attorneys accuse Liggett and Unified Command of recklessly and intentionally concealed crime scene evidence that was ritualitsic in nature when applying for the search warrant of Allen’s home.

Judge Fran Gull will make a decision as to whether the Defense has met it’s burden for a Franks Hearing, to determine if Judge Diener’s decision to grant the warrant would have differed having considered the concealed evidence.
