96 Count Fiber Ringcut, Helping Comcast, and OTDR vs GPON Reflection

Working on some extended infrastructure on an existing build, helping @xfinity with a reasonable respect from parking lot damage.

Dealing with a more difficult cable than the last few to access on the midspan.

Playing around with the OTDR making sure my splices are good and testing it against GPON on an unbalanced splitter. I did some research so the unbalanced part is why the loss is detected. A balanced splitter would of showed 1 more reflection point. I have tested this with a 4 way with 4 customer drops it sorta worked logically. But if you didn’t already know rough measurements it would sorta be nonsense. This OTDR can only do none powered point to point fiber links on blind troubleshooting. If you go into troubleshooting with some logic you can still figure it out pretty fast.
