DOTNET 8 Blazor Upgrade!

Upgrading the entire project to C# .NET 8 ! Starting with the project files, then the NuGet packages and then our Blazor Pre-rendering setup.

I’ll need .NET 8 to use those new Identity endpoints, to register, authenticate and authorize a user, it includes a stateless bearer token authentication and even an endpoint to refresh your token.
