Dr. Katherine Ramsland on Delphi: "There will likely be a good case for reasonable doubt"

My initial intent in reaching out to world-renowned forensic psychologist Dr. Katherine Ramsland was simple.

I wanted to pick her mind about what differences she sees in the crime scenes where it is someone’s FIRST offense, versus their say, fourth or fifth offense.

And while her reply was brief, it made the hair on the back of my neck stand up, because for the first time, it truly dawned on me just how much reasonable doubt there may be in the Delphi case.

As we have learned in the O.J. Simpson and Casey Anthony trials, reasonable doubt is sometimes easier to convey to a jury than we think, even in light of situations where someone seems almost certainly guilty.

Keep in mind, this is one of the world’s most renowned forensic psychologists who has this OPINION. I would like to thank Dr. Ramsland for taking the time, albeit briefly, out of her busy schedule to respond to my inquiries.

I am just fearful, in light of the fact we have an alleged double child predator accused of this crime, that the person or persons who did this may not be held accountable.

And in light of the fact we already have an alleged confession from Richard Allen, it worries me now more than ever.

Thanks for your time, everyone.
