GitHub Actions are an amazing free CI/CD tool for your projects and they run on GitHub servers. This is totally fine until you need to do some trial and error and a dozen of code-commit-push-repeat cycles.

Wouldn’t it be cool if it was possible to run them in local, on your computer? Actually, it is possible, with a tool called act.
