Servings – 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Onions – 50 grams
Green chili – 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper – 40 grams
Carrots – 60 grams
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled vermicelli – 350 grams

PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 teaspoons garlic and stir well.
2. Add 50 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
3. Add 40 grams bell pepper, 60 grams carrots and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 350 grams boiled vermicelli and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Remove it from heat.
6. Serve.
