How to give Upload Folder Permissions IIS files/folders

Changing security/permissions for IIS files/folders.
Cant upload file due to folder permissions.

How to set read/write permissions of Upload folder on Windows IIS.
Steps:
1.On the server, find the web folder where your application is.
2.Right Click on the Upload/Imgs folder and select Properties
3.Choose the ‘Security’ tab form the dialog box window.
5.Find the user and give them WRITE permissions in addition to the default permissions.
