Baldur's Gate 3 chocking Intel Arc A770, Budget GPU not so budget

The Intel Arc A770 is somehow a formidable GPU…when driver for a particular game is out. People start to see the Intel card as budget card, but how budget can it be. If your PC doesn’t support Gen 4 PCI-e and doesn’t have resizable bar, it is not a budget GPU, it’s even a really bad idea.
