President Biden is wrapping his G20 summit trip with a stop in Vietnam and a focus on China. Mr. Biden says he’s not trying to “contain” China, but wants to see them succeed “by the rules.” Meanwhile, new CBS News polling found that 57% of Americans believe the president is being too easy on China.
