Richard Allen Charged in 2017 Delphi Murders

For over five years, a nationwide search for a suspect in the murder of two rural Indiana teens yielded no answers. The bodies of Abigail “Abby” Williams, 13, and Liberty “Libby” German, 14, were found in the nearby woods by a hiking trail.

Police on Monday announced they have arrested a local man suspected of committing the 2017 #Delphi murders.
