I love a good skull.. even better if it is covered in crystals and bling! I have wanted to make something like this for the past few years and today was the day!

The only item I actually had to go out and purchase was the skull from Walmart, everything else I had in my PILES of craft supplies- use what you have to make something gorgeous!
