This workout has a Warm-up Round and 3 Intense Workout Rounds with a good level of Upper Body, Cardio and Core Exercises. Find the Exercise List below. Please do a Cool Down and Stretching after this workout. Duration of the video: 42 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Intermediate/Advanced Level.
