6 kaffir lime leaves, roughly chopped
3 Tbsp Thai chili paste
3 Tbsp herb paste
3 Tbsp evaporated milk
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup of chopped cilantro
2 spur chilies (sliced)
230 g spaghetti
250 g whole peeled plum tomatoes can
50 g mushrooms
8-10 medium shrimp or as you would like
