System Administrator define user & responsibility & attach the responsibly to the user. Users face two types of interfaces. Interfaces means screen through which user deal with oracle applications. These are form-based applications & HTML based applications. User run large volume of transactions through Form based applications while HTML based applications are self-service web page applications.

A user enters into the oracle applications through login page – Oracle E- Business suite. Oracle EBS Home page consisting bundle of oracle applications which allow Oracle Applications Manager to manage their business process effectively.
