What is VTScada?
VTScada is industrial human machine interface (HMI) developed by Trihedral.

What is a HMI?
HMI (human machine interface) is a remote monitoring software of all the equipment and machinery. It can be used to monitor and at the same time control the remote equipment and machinery depending on the authorized level of control much like Microsoft Windows where some users are not allowed to access and/or modify/change a file.

Is VTSCADA free software?
Yes. There is a VTScada Light that allows you to design and run a 50 tagged HMI application. There is no time limitation of usage on the VTScada Light. VTScada Light has everything except the redundancy and thin client capabilities.
There is also VTScada 90 days trial license which you can download it from the VTScada webpage from the link below.
If you need more tags and/or all services, you will have to purchase license.

What is the VTScada Pricing? What is the fees of VTScada?
The VTScada license is one time fee.
The VTScada Thin Client connections (smartphones, tablets, PCs) are licensed per concurrent user.
The VTScada license pricing is based on number of I/O tags that reads and writes data to external equipment (such as PLC) and software (such as OSI PI). Local tags does not attribute to the license tag count.
Tag counts include all applications running concurrently on the licensed PC.
VTScada components cannot be added to other SCADA platforms.
