After installing Linux inside our virtual machine, we are ready to use it. Before going for installing various scientific computing programs, it may be beneficial to get to know how to deal with this environment. In this video, we have a quick look at the Linux desktop environment and its command line interface (usually called shell). We also explore the most essential commands you need to know to get started.
