GPON vs DSL 2Mbs, PLC splitters + 4th 10G transit coming up

Couple crazy hot days working the outside plant doing some unbalanced splitters(rural tap GPON). Team is drilling in a new conduit next to another damaged one, fixing up some switches for production, and we got our 4th 10G path completely different fiber path to a different DC.
