Currently this is the best value / cheapest 2.5GBe network card for the PCIe x1 form factor. at around £20 – £25 here in the UK it is pretty good value and certainly cheaper and quicker than changing a motherboard and possibly having to reinstall windows etc etc.

No drivers needed for Windows 10 / 11
Fits most PC’s with PCIe X1 slot in full or half height options

2.5GBe switches are still expensive at the moment
