When to Settle (or Not Settle) a Domain Name Dispute

In this video, I discuss three reasons why a trademark owner might consider settling a UDRP case: guaranteed outcome, timing, and money; as well as various reasons why a settlement might not be desirable. I also discuss how the settlement process works, including the role of the various UDRP service providers’ standard settlement form.
