GPON build on a lateral + start to finish customer splice

Here we are using a rural tap splitter configuration GPON for overbuilding and house passing. Very similar to a DOCSIS cable build using TAPs 12, 9, 6, 3, 1.5 in reverse. Using 1 fiber to support up to 28 customers overbuilding a small neighborhood.

This build only uses 1 fiber and so far we have completed the following
