Steps To Format /Install Windows 10

•Create a bootable Windows 10 USB drive.
•Download the Windows 10 ISO file from Microsoft.
•Install Rufus, an application to create the bootable USB drive.
•Insert a USB drive with at least 8GB of storage.
•Select the USB drive in Rufus and select the ISO file you downloaded.
•Select the “GPT partition scheme for UEFI” mode.
•Click ‘Start’ to begin creating the bootable USB drive.
•Once done, restart your computer and go into the BIOS.
•Set the USB drive as the first boot option.
•Save the BIOS settings and your computer will boot from the USB drive.
•Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10.

Obtain a USB drive: Get a USB drive with a minimum capacity of 8GB. Make sure it doesn’t have any important data, as it will be formatted during the process.

Download the Windows 10 ISO file: Visit the official Microsoft website and download the Windows 10 ISO file. Make sure to select the correct version (e.g., Home, Pro) and architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) that matches your requirements.

Create a bootable USB drive: To create a bootable USB drive, you can use the built-in Windows USB/DVD Download Tool or third-party software like Rufus. Follow the instructions provided by the tool to create the bootable USB drive using the downloaded ISO file.

Connect the USB drive: Insert the bootable USB drive into a USB port on your computer.

Configure BIOS settings: Restart your computer and enter the BIOS settings by pressing the designated key (usually displayed during startup, such as F2 or Delete). In the BIOS settings, navigate to the Boot Options or Boot Order section and set the USB drive as the first boot option. Save the changes and exit the BIOS.

Start the installation process: Restart your computer again. It should now boot from the USB drive. The Windows 10 installation process will begin. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, region, and other preferences.

Enter the product key: If prompted, enter the valid Windows 10 product key. You may also choose to skip this step and activate Windows later.

Choose the installation type: Select your preferred installation type. You can either perform a clean installation or upgrade from an existing version of Windows. Follow the prompts and make the necessary selections.

Install Windows 10: The installation process may take some time. Your computer will restart multiple times during the installation. Ensure not to remove the USB drive until the installation is complete.

Set up Windows 10: After the installation, you’ll be prompted to personalize Windows 10, create a user account, and customize settings according to your preference.

Congratulations! You have successfully installed Windows 10 using a bootable USB drive. Enjoy the enhanced features and improved performance of Windows 10 on your computer. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
