[3DS] How To Install CIAs From PC (Best Installation Method)

In this video, I’ll be showing you how to install CIAs to your 3DS SD Card straight from your PC. This will allow you to bypass slow FBI or network installation speeds. You also will not need to copy the CIAs to your SD card initially, so this will come in handy if you have limited space available. Overall, this tool will be much faster and more convenient than a normal CIA installation. This is the best way to install games onto the 3DS currently.

This video will show you how to dump your unique movable.sed, boot9.bin, and seeddb.bin files from your console as well. These unique console files will only need to be dumped once, and then you won’t need to do it again. You can simply run the ci-gui application and install CIAs right away next time. This makes CIA installation very easy and convenient.
