What Are DHCP Class Level Options !! Vendor class !! User class !!

Vendor class. Microsoft’s DHCP server role offers special options based on the vendor class. An example of using DHCP with a vendor class is disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP for clients with a vendor class matching Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Another example is configuring specific options for a certain computer brand.
User class. You can specify user-class options when you want to set options for a certain class of users, such as users from a particular physical location. User classes are set on the client’s workstation using the IPconfig /setclassid command.
