Is USB 2.5 gigabit ethernet worth it? - 2.5 GBe plugable USB 3.0 review

In this video we share our experience on the tests and usage we run with 2.5 GbE transfers and why it might be more appropriate in certain scenarios than 1 GbE or 10 GbE. Additionally, for many the Gigabit Internet Conection Speed barrier has been surpassed, which makes this an excellent option.

Some people may try to sell us the idea that if we have faster network speeds, packets will travel faster, and that is not the case. Other factors may play a role when the network is saturated but that is not the point. This situation is very similar to when we used to think ‘better’ cameras just because they had a higher megapixel count.

We invite you to check our videos dedicated to high speed networks which are oriented to all of you who transfer huge files every day, o have to process a lot of data and save it in a centralized environment.

We also invite you to visit our Amazon Storefront in which we have everything you would like to get if you are a tech lover, like us. Thanks for watching!
