Court documents reveal Richard Allen admitted to Delphi murders of Abigail Williams and Libby German

Newly released court documents revealed Richard Allen admitted several times to killing Abigail Williams and Libby German. That happened during a phone call on April 3rd with his wife Kathy Allen. His wife ended that call abruptly, according to the documents.
