Installing ESXi 6.x from a Bootable USB, to a USB on Lenovo x3650 M4 – 479

Finally installing VM Ware ESXi on my Lenovo X3650 M4. I want to be booting from a USB stick instead of from HD. I want this to keep my options as open as passable. and therefor keeping the OS on another data media then the datastore.
