This is an updated video about how to install any program on your windows device without an admin password. If you want to run specific software, just copy the name of the installer and replace it with the SteamSetup name! on the .bat -file. Problems? Comment below!
Choose all files when saving the .bat file.
Simply create a new folder on the desktop call it “Steam” for example, then choose that folder when installing the setup.
