If you don’t want to go again and again for the cmd command to that long way simply copy the path upto bin folder and paste in inside environment variables as a path variable value

It is recommended that if u are using windows 7 32 bit OS then please go for 2.x.x version for the sake of getting rid of any other issues in future
And if u are using 64 bit then you can go for higher version as well
