I think the biggest challenge Integrity is going to have is the management of personalities. These are all Strong leaders between Shawn Meaike, Patrick Bet David and Hubert Humphrey. I don’t know how they are going to do together… or if they are turning the leadership over to Integrity Marketing Group.
The biggest challenge here is that these companies are run by Entrepreneurial Leadership… not Corporate Executives. They are like oil and water… they don’t mix well together.
Imagine a CEO coming in an telling the entrepreneurs how to run their businesses. Even the newest guys will laugh at them. It’s like going to college to learn Entrepreneurship from a teacher that’s never built a business.
Entrepreneurial Leadership is a do-it-first, I’m in the trenches taking fire with you type leadership. Managers lead by authority, they sit behind an ivory desk and tell you to do your job or you’ll be fired.
It will be interesting to see what Integrity has up their sleeves. Are they after World Financial Group (WFG)?
