Celebrities including Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen, Stephen Curry & Larry David have been named in a Class Action Lawsuit against FTX which claims that they are complicit in the Bankruptcy of the business. FTX was the second largest CRYPTO Currency Exchange and is now in Chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY with over 1 Million Creditors. John Ray, the Bankruptcy practitioner for Enron, has been appointed as CEO and his initial findings are that this is WORSE than Enron which was the biggest accounting fraud in USA history.
