How to fix 502 Bad Gateway nginx for Plesk Website or cPanel

In this video I will show you how to fix the error message 502 Bad Gateway nginx when you visit your website. This is for you if your webserver is Plesk since this will happen maybe after the server doing a reboot or applying updates. It’s a simple fix you just need to make sure your service called apache is running. If you can’t go into your Plesk login admin backend then you can do this by using the commands below via SSH.

Linux commands to do by SSH if you cannot do via the admin GUI.

Debian/Ubuntu:
# service apache2 status
# service apache2 start

Redhat/CentOS:
# service httpd status
