The Delphi Murders— Dissecting the Probable Cause Affidavit and Defense Attorneys' Response

It today’s video, I go over the probable cause affidavit in the murder case against Richard M. Allen, aka Rick Allen. The Delphi murder case is all over YouTube. So, rather than getting into the details of the case (which have been covered almost nonstop for five years), I want to dig into the documents we now have. I talk about what a PCA is, what it does and does not contain, and what pieces of information we can glean from it in this case. I then hop into the defense’s press release to see what their plan might be. They’re claiming police have the wrong man.
