HOT PURSUIT 3: APACHE STRIKE – Marvelous Beamng Chase Movie

The series returns once again. Harry is faced with his biggest opponent yet. An Apache squadron was sent by Hades to hunt down Harry. Not only that but Harry watches his father get killed by Hades. Watch as the movie slowly unfolds into chaos!

Please note: This is my first time working with CGI on such a scale so I know that there were a few fatal CGI mistakes made. For most scenes, I had to keyframe each separate frame manually which meant I could be spending up to an entire week the achieve 4 seconds of CGI footage. This was because the current software that I use had severe difficulty understanding the 3d environment. My messed-up camera angles didn’t help at all either and I couldn’t refilm as a major update on BeamNG meant that most of the vehicles used to film, no longer existed.

How this movie was made: I spent about 10 to 20 hours planning the movie and writing the script. Then I spend about 80 to 100 hours filming. This was followed by about 200 to 300 hours in the editor creating/compositing CGI, sound designing/adding licensed soundtracks, color grading, etc. Filming took me about 1 month, CGI took me another whole month, and sound design took me about 5 days.
