Podman – Apache, PHP and MariaDB (LAMP) rootless containers

Here is how to use Podman, and create a web development environment with Apache, PHP and MariaDB. Thanks to Podman the setup does not require root user access rights as well as is faster than Docker because the containers don’t run through a daemon.
